Gentle flow - 60 minutes

Unwind and reconnect with your body and breath in this 60 minute in-person Gentle Flow class, ideal for beginners, those returning to their practice, or anyone seeking a slower, more mindful experience.

Class begins with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body, followed by a slow-paced sequence of sun salutations and standing postures designed to build strength, improve balance, and enhance body awareness. A calming cool-down leads into a restful savasana, allowing for complete relaxation and restoration.

Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
